Symptoms
An attempt to create a ticket from a message will result in an error.
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.2.1418 - 11.2/FIX2 (2024-06-06)
Workaround
Create a ticket in a service where the required item is not set and move the ticket ticket to right section.
Steps to reproduce this behavior
Create a ticket in the service where the mandatory item is set.
