Server Setup - Upgrade from ALVAO 11.1 - AlvaoRestApi uses incorrect application pool

Symptoms
AlvaoRestApi AppPool is created during upgrade but AlvaoRestApi uses ALVAO AppPool .NET 4.0 instead.
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.2.1486 - 11.2/FIX3 (2024-07-04)
Workaround
IIS Manager - Sites - AlvaoRestApi - Basic Settings - Application pool - Select AlvaoRestApi AppPool - OK.
Steps to reproduce this behavior
Upgrade ALVAO from version 11.1 using ServerSetup.
