AM WA - Objects - Print - PDF document is not shown when there is a different tab selected in Objects detail

ALVAO Asset Management 11.2 and higher
Symptoms
The message "PDF is being built" is displayed all the time and PDF document is not shown. Message "The protocol was successfully sent to the user for signing." is not shown in case of signing via web.
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.2.1486 - 11.2/FIX3 (2024-07-04)
Workaround
Switch to Properties tab in the detail of object before using of the Print command.
Steps to reproduce this behavior
- Select an object in the tree of Objects page and select different tab in the detail (other than Properties).
- Select Print command.
- Select some print template and confirm the dialog with OK.
- Use command Print to show PDF or Send (when there was Sign option via web)
Similar behavior can be achieved when the user switches to other page in the opener window (other than Objects).
