WA - Inserting link from Sharepoint into new message does not work

Symptoms

When pasting link of a file from sharepoint, it is not converted to the link with filename and icon. Adding online attachment opens a blank window instead of a file picker.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fixed in release 11.2.3067 - 11.2/SP1 (2024-09-19)

Workaround

If possible, add these delegated permissions to the app, that is used for user authorization: User.Read, Files.Read.All, Sites.Read.All, AllSites.Read, MyFiles.Read

Steps to reproduce this behavior

Use app registration in Azure for user authorization. The app registration has not set permissions to access sharepoint files. Permissions are set on app registration, that is different from app used for authorization.
