REST API - Not working after upgrade

Symptoms
REST API is not running correctly after upgrade with MSI package.
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.2.3067 - 11.2/SP1 (2024-09-19)
Workaround
Manually install the ASP.NET Core 6.0 Runtime - Windows Hosting Bundle or upgrade ALVAO with the Alvao Server Setup installer.
Steps to reproduce this behavior
Upgrade REST API with msi installer and do not have ASP.NET Core Hosting Bundle installed on the server.
