Objects - Object: Attachments - Add file - Second attachment will duplicate previous

ALVAO Asset Management 11.2 and higher

Symptoms

Problem occurs only if user add some attachments (individually or in bulk) AND after that he wants to add some more.
Every other use of the command Add file will duplicate all previously added attachments.
This behavior stays so long till user close object's detail or choose another object and returns.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fixed in release 11.2.3067 - 11.2/SP1 (2024-09-19)

Workaround

After attachment is added, refresh object's detail.
Refreshing the detail will create another session for attachments upload and previous attachments are not added again.
