Tickets - Ticket - Begin approval: Requester approval - Missing images in ticket log

ALVAO Service Desk 10.4 and higher
Symptoms
Missing intext images in Approval process initiated event in ticket log.
Approval buttons are also in event in ticket log (should be only in notification).
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.2.3249 - 11.2/SP1 FIX7 (2024-12-05)

Steps to reproduce this behavior
- Approval scheme with Requester step.
- Start approval and add intext images into message for approver
