Tickets - Ticket - Begin approval: Requester approval - Missing images in ticket log

ALVAO Service Desk 10.4 and higher

 Symptoms

Missing intext images in Approval process initiated event in ticket log.
Approval buttons are also in event in ticket log (should be only in notification).

 Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

 Solution

Fixed in release 11.2.3249 - 11.2/SP1 FIX7 (2024-12-05)

 Steps to reproduce this behavior

Approval scheme with Requester step.
Start approval and add intext images into message for approver
