ALVAO Asset Management 11.2 and higher

Symptoms

Import is successful, new properties, icons, object types and objects are imported correctly. However, if there is a new object type in the imported data, the import does not create a default object template for that type.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Workaround

Create new default template for the new object type manually.
