Symptoms
Periodic alert is not sent.
Error is displayed in the Periodic alert detail view that states: Body contains characters that invalid for text.
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.2.3125 - 11.2/SP1 FIX5 (2024-10-03)
Workaround
Disable choice *The data table to be attached as a CSV file* for this specific Periodic alert until a fix is deployed to your ALVAO instance.
