Alvao Service - Delayed sending and loading of messages after service restart

                 ALVAO Asset Management,  ALVAO Service Desk,  ALVAO Service Desk 11.1  and higher
                Symptoms
                Start of a lot of Alvao Service tasks (like sending/loading messages) can be delayed after restart due to long evaluation of SLA alerts.
                Cause
                The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
                Solution
                Fixed in release 11.2.3185 - 11.2/SP1 FIX6 (2024-11-07) 
                Workaround
                Turn off unnecessary SLA alert rules.
