Symptoms
Depending on the IIS settings, name of the ticket is not displayed after this command is used.
The same goes for using commands like Create a meeting/event/task/e-mail message,...
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.2.3185 - 11.2/SP1 FIX6 (2024-11-07)
