ALVAO Asset Management, ALVAO Service Desk 11.1 and higher

The Installed Software tab is empty.

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Fix planned for release 25.1/RTM (2025-04-10)

Add user to one of the groups Asset managers, Accountant, Software and hardware detections managers

User is a member of groups PC Software managers or Software license managers.
