ALVAO Service Desk 11.1 and higher

Symptoms

If a custom field type date (without time) has attribute *required* and this field is not filled-in -> form is sent -> all values from other custom fields are lost and the user must fill in all values again.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fixed in release 11.2.3249 - 11.2/SP1 FIX7 (2024-12-05)

Steps to reproduce this behavior

Form has defined some custom filed with type date and user does not filled-in any value.
