ALVAO for Teams 11.2 and higher

Symptoms

Set due date on the ticket Click on checkbox - Do not send notification to the requester Notification should not be sent, but it is sent to MS Teams, Email notification is not sent.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fixed in release 11.2.3185 - 11.2/SP1 FIX6 (2024-11-07)
