Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.2.3249 - 11.2/SP1 FIX7 (2024-12-05)
Workaround
remove the unwanted properties from HW request form item object template
Steps to reproduce this behavior
set up a set of properties on HW item object template
go to the new ticket form for HW/SW request service
empty properties are shown
