ALVAO Service Desk AI Assistant: Assistant tab is empty

                Symptoms
                Assistant tab is visible in the detail of ticket, although all Assistant features are disabled in the service settings. Content of Assistant tab is empty.
                Cause
                The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
                Solution
                Fixed in release 11.2.3249  - 11.2/SP1 FIX7 (2024-12-05)

                    Steps to reproduce this behavior
                    Enable some features of Service Desk AI Assistant by setting checkboxes in service setting (checkboxes labeled as "Assistant - ...").
Save the service settings.
Open the service settings again and reset all checkboxes for Assistant.
Save the service setting.
Display detail of ticket that belongs to service.
