SD Enterprise API: Query Request2Enu - Int value list - returns id's instead of values

ALVAO Service Desk Enterprise API 11.2 and higher

Symptoms

Enterprise API returns list of ids when querying the Request2 Query view for PBI report instead of returning text values.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fix planned for release 11.2/SP1 FIX8 (2025-01-02)

Workaround

Steps to reproduce this behavior

Set up custom item that has an integer value list with text values on tHdTicketCust table. open PBI report and query a Request2 view in the particular column, there is id of a value list item instead of its value.
