ALVAO Asset Management 11.2 and higher

Symptoms

If there is a license that includes multiple products and we cover the installation of one of the secondary products, the license is not offered.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fix planned for release 11.3/RTM (2025-04-10)

Workaround

Assign license through: Software - License - Assignment tab or Objects - Software tab - Assign license without any selected record and search for the license manually
