Symptoms

Not all rows are selected in the range between the first and last row in the range. Some rows can be selected outside of the selected range.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fixed in release 11.2.3249 - 11.2/SP1 FIX7 (2024-12-05)

Workaround

Use the CTRL key or the checkboxes on the side to select rows one by one.

Steps to reproduce this behavior

Select the rows in the grid using the SHIFT key in the reverse order (bottom to up). Select for example 5th row, hold the SHIFT key and then select the 1st row.
