ALVAO Service Desk 11.2 and higher

Symptoms

Form cannot be submitted when attachments are uploaded. Error "Some attachments or images could not be uploaded. Try uploading them again." appears.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fixed in release 11.2.3404 - 11.2/SP1 FIX9 (2025-02-06)

Workaround

Add FileUploadListCtrl1.Count = FileUploadListCtrl1.Files.Count; at the start of the methods ProcessApprovalAccept and ProcessApprovalReject in custom form approval controller.

Steps to reproduce this behavior

Set up custom form for approval. Upload attachment and submit form.
