ALVAO Asset Management Enterprise API, ALVAO Service Desk Enterprise API, ALVAO Asset Management Enterprise API, ALVAO Service Desk Enterprise API 11.2 and higher

Symptoms

when tickets/get endpoint is used by user who is not Admin, this action fails with error.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fixed in release 11.2.3302 - 11.2/SP1 FIX8 (2025-01-09)

Power automate flow with GetTicket action invoked by user without admin rights.
