Microsoft Intune Connector: Intune does not work when provisioning 1000+ filtered devices

ALVAO Microsoft Intune Connect 11.2 and higher

Symptoms

When transferring more than 1000 devices from Intune to Alvao in one go, the provisioning fails with a "Bad request" error. No devices are transferred.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fix planned for release 11.2/SP1 FIX9 (2025-02-06)

Workaround

Try to set ownership filter to only one of the following: Company or Personal or Unknown.
If that helps, try the other ones one by one.

Steps to reproduce this behavior

Have access to Intune with 1000+ devices, set ownership filter to "Company,Personal,Unknown" in advanced settings (alternatively can be filtered, if the filtered devices sum up to 1000+), let Intune service start the provisioning.
