ALVAO Service Desk 11.2 and higher

Symptoms

If a variable [$MessageForRequester$] is used in a custom notification on the service for Due date change, an unnecessary text about due date change is visible in the log of the ticket and in the sent notification.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fix planned for release 25.1/RTM (2025-04-10)

Workaround

Do not use this variable or just ignore this information till FIX is released.
