Symptoms
Alert box with error 500 can be shown multiple times in the detail of ticket.
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fix planned for release 25.1/PATCH (2025-05-15)
Workaround
Open the detail of ticket in new window without a table.
Steps to reproduce this behavior
Start the approval process on the ticket.
Open tickets in the table and select the ticket to display the detail.
Select the Approvals tab and cancel the approval.
The ticket state is changed so it is no more visible in the table.
Detail is still visible and errors are shown.
