ALVAO Asset Management 11.2 and higher

Symptoms

Custom print report template with variable which name consists of characters with diacritics like "Město". This variable is replaced with empty string in the print report.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fix planned for release 25.1/PATCH (2025-05-15)

Workaround

Do not use the property name with diacritics.

Steps to reproduce this behavior

in Administration - AM - Print report templates - Create a custom print report template which consists of a text with variable (with diacritics) like @Model.Receiver[Město]. Go to Objects, and click on a "Print" command Choose the custom print report template name from step 1 in the suggest and proceed to Print preview The variable from the template is replaced with an empty string instead of a real value.
