Software products library: some computers have "Waiting for the scan evaluation" message in the Log for a long time

ALVAO Asset Management 10.0 and higher

 Symptoms

Last message int the Log of the computer from the SW scan is "Waiting for the scan evaluation".
The SW evaluation is not done in next days.
Note: this message in the Log apears after a new SW library is downloaded.

 Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

 Solution

Fix planned for release 25.2 PATCH (code freeze 2025-07-14; 2025-08-07)

 Workaround

None.
