Power Platform Connector: Update objects - Change of date property is logged even if the date has not changed

ALVAO Asset Management Enterprise API, ALVAO Service Desk Enterprise API 10.0 and higher

Symptoms

The object log contains a message stating that the property has changed from one value to the same value. E.g. "Property "Purchase date" has been changed from "01/02/2025" to "01/02/2025"."

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fix planned for release 26.1 RTM (code freeze 2026-01-05; 2026-02-05)

Workaround

Send data to the Update objects method at exactly midnight. E.g. "2025-11-25T00:00:00Z".
