ALVAO Power Automate Connector: Some errors may not be logged in the diagnostic log or webhook

ALVAO Asset Management, ALVAO Service Desk 11.2 and higher

Symptoms

Some errors, e.g. "The remote certificate is invalid because of errors in the certificate chain: UntrustedRoot" are not logged in the diagnostic log or webhook. The Power Platform action is not triggered.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fix planned for release 26.2 (code freeze 2026-03-30; 2026-04-30)

Workaround

Find the error in the Alvao Service log.
