Symptoms

If the license is marked as "Without installable applications" and is assigned to a computer, the error "The license is assigned but the product is not installed" is displayed for the record.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fix planned for release 26.1 Patch (code freeze 2026-02-16; 2026-03-12)
