Tickets - New ticket: Founding message - Contains some fields even when they are empty

Symptoms
The fields in the ticket founding message table should only be displayed if they have a value entered.
For some types, such as Objects, Dates, and Text Fields, the record is displayed even if it is not filled in.
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fix planned for release 26.1 Patch (code freeze 2026-02-16; 2026-03-12)
