Symptoms

Subscribers to tickets on deleted services do not get any notifications from the ticket. This is in conflict with the expected behavior of tickets on deleted services.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fix planned for release ALVAO 26.3 (2026-07-23)

Workaround

Steps to reproduce this behavior

1. Create a ticket on a service
2. Add followers to the ticket
3. Delete the service
4. Try to for example send a message from the ticket
5. Followers of the ticket do not get notified
