AM Agent: Scans - Computers can be created with incorrect FQDN

ALVAO Discovery Agent 10.0 and higher

Symptoms

When creating new computers and choice *State the domain name in computer names (FQDN)* is enabled, if AD domain name and DNS domain name differs, Alvao Agent incorrectly takes AD domain name for FQDN.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fix planned for release ALVAO 26.4 (Q4 2026)
