Mobile application: Asset check - Creating asset not found in the database requires Asset Management Administrator role

ALVAO Asset Management, ALVAO Service Desk 11.0 and higher
Symptoms
Creating a new asset while using the "Search asset" feature does not allow Asset managers to create new objects when the object with scanned code does not exist. This feature is available only to the AM Administration.
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fix planned for release ALVAO 26.4 (Q4 2026)
Workaround
Assign user a role AM Administration instead
Steps to reproduce this behavior
Sign in to the Mobile app as a AM Manager, go to the "Search asset" and scan a code that is not assigned to any of the object in the evidence
