Symptoms

The links created by New linked ticket command are being set always in one direction, which causes that some link types has wrong direction.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fix planned for release ALVAO 27.1 (Q1 2027)

Workaround

Steps to reproduce this behavior

Create a ticket and on the top navigation click New linked ticket. Create a new linked ticket with Blocks, Is duplicated by, Precedes before or Is parent of type of link. The link will point in the opposite direction than what was set.
