Loading ticket from MS Outlook

You can create a new ticket from a message delivered to your personal mailbox using ALVAO for Outlook - New Ticket from message command.

In the log of tickets loaded in this way, you will find the full text of the loaded message including attachments.
One new ticket is created for each message. For each ticket notifications are sent to the main solver and the requester of the ticket. To load a message for an existing ticket see Retrieving a message from a ticket from MS Outlook
