Requesters

On this page, you can assign service level to requesters of the service being edited.
Users who have no server level assigned here cannot submit tickets to the service.

Note:
Users can see parent service tiles if they have a service level for any of the subordinate services (but they cannot search them or create a new ticket.

Options:

  • Command panel
    • Stop inheriting - stop requesters inheritance from the parent service and define requesters of this service explicitly. The following options are active only when the inheritance is turned off.
    • Add - add a service level for the service being edited.
    • Overwrite - overwrite all service level settings of the edited service according to another service.
    • Edit - edit the selected permissions in the table.
    • Remove - remove the selected permission in the table.
  • Table - the table contains a list of users and user groups and their assigned server levels. The table can be customized as needed.
