Asset Management WebService (URL) - enter the URL of the AM WebService. You must specify the address of the assetwebservice.asmx file. For example: https://alvao.contoso.com/AssetWebService/AssetWebService.asmx. This option is only available if the ALVAO Asset Management product is activated.
Custom Apps WebService (URL) - enter the URL of the CA WebService. You must specify the address (without .asmx) of the customappswebservice.asmx file. For example: http://alvao.contoso.com/AlvaoCustomAppsWebService. This option is only available if at least one of Asset Management/Service Desk Custom Apps module is activated.
REST API (URL) - enter the URL of the Alvao REST API, e.g., https://alvao.contoso.com/AlvaoRestApi.
Azure Computer vision service - optionally, enter the Azure AI Vision (Computer vision) service information. The service analyses the images in the ticket log records (e-mails, notes, etc.) and allows searching of tickets by texts in images (typically in screenshots).
- Endpoint (url) - enter the service endpoint string, which you will find in the Azure portal - on the page of the specific Computer vision service - Keys and Endpoint.
- Key - enter the service Key acquired from the same page as the field above.
- Search only in images newer than - select the date from which you'd like to include images in the search index. Images in older ticket log records will not be indexed for searching.
