Monitoring – permissions

The window serves to manage people or groups having the access to the edited user activity records.

Options:

• Person/Group – select a person or group you will set monitoring permission for.
• Access to activity record
  • Grant – enable if you want to allow the selected user (or group) to access the edited user (or group) activity records.
  • Deny – enable if you want to explicitly disable the access of the selected user (or group) to the edited user (or group) activity records.
  Notification:
  Denying permission takes priority over allowing permission.
  Note:
  
  Several users you do not want to allow the access can belong to a group which has the access granted. The access is batch granted to all members of the group and then individually denied to several mentioned users.
