Administration

This chapter describes the pages, windows, and commands of the application section ALVAO WebApp – Management (hereinafter referred to as Management), which is intended for the management of the ALVAO system.

Start

The Management is started from the ALVAO WebApp by the Management command from the user menu in the upper right corner of the page.

Running ALVAO Admin For The First Time

If you are logging in to Management for the first time after ALVAO installation, enter Admin as your login name and do not enter any password. If you specified the LDAP server in ServerSetup program and the default domain during the ALVAO Server installation, and loaded users from the Active Directory, you can also log in with your AD account.
As soon as you add at least one user into the Administrators group, only the users who are members of the Administrators, Service Administrators or Software Profile Managers group will be able to log in to the application.
