User

This page, or panel, shows information about the selected ALVAO user. The data shown in individual blocks may be edited by the Edit command in the given block.

Options:

• Command panel – see the Command panel on the Users page.
• Blocks
  • Name and Surname, ... – user basic information.
  • Membership in groups – membership of the selected user in user groups.
  • Permissions – permissions of the selected user in the ALVAO Service Desk services.
  • SLA – SLA assigned to the selected user for the requester access to services in the ALVAO Service Desk.
  • Monitoring – people/groups that have permissions to the user data – a list of users and user groups that can monitor the activity of the selected user.
  • Object security – authority of the selected user to objects in ALVAO Asset Management.
  • Working hours – user working hours in the ALVAO Attendance module.
