Users

You can manage ALVAO system users on this page.

Options:

• Command panel
  • New user – creating a new user.
  • Edit – editing selected user properties and permissions. The menu shows the same commands as the blocks of the user preview.
  • Delete – deleting the user selected.
    You can then view the deleted users in the table with the Display deleted command and restore with the Restore hidden command eventually.
  • Hide – hide the selected user, see the Hide in menus option.
    Note:

    Users with the enabled Hide in menus option continue to appear in the user table on this page. The status of this option is shown in the Hide in menus column according to which the users in the table can be filtered and sorted.
  • Restore hidden – disable the Hide in menus options. This command is only available if the hidden user is selected in the table.
  • ...
    • Set a person as Out of office (absent) – set the absence of the selected person.
    • Set profile – overwriting the profile of the selected user with a profile of another user.
    • Set password – setting the password of the selected user that will be used to log in to the entire ALVAO system.
• Table of users – contains all users of the ALVAO system and their selected attributes. The table can be customized as needed.
• Selected user – when you select a user in the table, a preview with information about the selected user, his/her permissions, and other settings is displayed on the right. Individual blocks of the preview show the Edit command for editing the user settings.
