Employee’s Monthly Report
The portal-based Employee's Monthly Report contains information on employee's check-in and check-out times at work for the selected month.
Displaying Employee's Monthly Report
Console
Go to the main menu and select View – Attendance – Employee's Monthly Report.
Portal
Go to the main menu in the header of any Portal page and click on the link Attendance – Employee's Monthly Report.
Summary
- Time worked – sum of all intervals at work for the selected month
- Time off – number of days off-work for the selected month
- Work time resources – number of hours that the employee should have spent at work for the selected month
- Overtime – difference between the time worked and the work time resources
- For [month]/[year] – employee's overtime hours for the selected month
- Since the beginning of [year] – employee's overtime hours since the beginning of the selected year up to and including the selected month
- Including past years – employee's overtime hours since the beginning of his/her employment up to and including the selected month
Details
This section includes detailed information on working times for the individual days in the selected month.
Displaying details for weekdays
Every weekday has two detail display levels. You can swap between these levels by clicking on the time value to the right of Time worked:.
Packed form:
-
Time at work per day.
-
Notification of unreported work, if any.
-
Time off, if entered for this day.
In addition to the above, the expanded form also includes:
-
Working intervals.
-
Summary of daily attendance
-
Time worked
-
Time reported in requests
-
Difference of these time values – usually shows the amount of time that is left unreported
Note: If your time at work is reported insufficiently, the details will display automatically in the expanded mode.
How much time did I spent at work on specific days?
Time worked for day is displayed in the Details section next to each day to the right from Time worked:.
TIP: Time worked today is also displayed in the pop-up bubble that opens when you hover the mouse over Start/Finish work in the header area of every Portal page.
Entering work

Click on Enter work under the heading Details or on the right-hand side of each working day.
If you use the former, the next page where you are redirected will include a calendar with the current day selected. If you use the latter, the day selected in the calendar will be the day at which you clicked on Enter work.

If the preselected date is not the one you want, select another date in the calendar and use the text fields to enter the work beginning and end times in 24-hour format "h:mm" and any work notes.
Note: The top line is required, the bottom line is optional. You can use them to enter the times for the morning and afternoon shifts.

Click on the Save and close button.
Note: You can enter working times only for yourself and other employees for whom you are the direct manager.
Editing working intervals

Expand the details for a weekday.

Click on the working interval that you want to edit.

Edit the corresponding working interval values.

Click on the Save and close button.
Note: Only one working interval can be unfinished at the same time.
Note: You edit working intervals only for yourself and other employees for whom you are the direct manager.
Deleting working intervals

Expand the details for a weekday.

Click on the working interval that you want to edit.

Click on the Delete button.
Note: You delete working intervals only for yourself and other employees for whom you are the direct manager.
Inserting time off

Click on Insert time off under the heading Details or on the right-hand side of each working day.
If you use the former, the next page where you are redirected will include a calendar with the current day selected. If you use the latter, the day selected in the calendar will be the day at which you clicked on Insert time off.

On the Insert Time Off page, select:
- reason for time off
-
illness
-
vacation
-
paid time off
-
unpaid time off,
-
and select the date in the calendar if the preselected date is not the one that you want.
TIP: There are two calendars. Use the first calendar to select the beginning and the second calendar to select the end of time off. If both the beginning and the end of time off are on the same day, time off will be set for that day only.

leave note on the time off

and select if the time off is valid only for a half of the day.
Note: A single day can include only 1 or 2 halves of the day.

Click on the Save and close button.
Note: Time off will not be created in the following cases:

the sum of time off for a day and time off to be created is longer than 1 day
-
the day is a public holiday
-
the day is at the weekend
Note: You can only create time off for employees for whom you are a direct manager, and for yourself if you have no direct manager.
Deleting time off

Select a day which includes time off, and click on Delete next to the time off that you want to delete.

You will be redirected to a confirmation page. Click on the YES button.
Note: You can only delete time off for employees for whom you are a direct manager, and for yourself if you have no direct manager.
