You can make all necessary settings in ALVAO Admin.
Setting Up Permitted Daily Tolerance for Non-Reported Time

Go to Manage – Service Desk – Settings in the main menu.

Go to the Attendance tab.
Note: The default value of daily tolerance for non-reported time is 5 minutes.
Setting Up Labor Contracts

Go to Manage – Users in the main menu.

Select and double-click a user.

Go to the Attendance tab.

If you want to add a new Labor Contract, click on the Add button.

If you want to edit an existing Labor Contract, select it in the table and then click on the Edit button.
The Edit Labor Contract window opens.

If you want to delete an existing Labor Contract, select it in the table and then click on the Delete button.
Note: Labor Contracts must not overlap. Only the last Labor Contract can have the status "in progress".
Warning: People with no Labor Contract have no access to the Attendance page on the Portal.
Tip: You can use decimals to specify the number of hours within a Labor Contract.
