Requests

This chapter describes the possibilities of working with requests.

Request is a record of the task which has to be executed. Everything related to solution of this task is documented in the request log.

The request list is displayed in the Service Desk Console in the main window table.

The ALVAO WebApp displays the list of requests after clicking on the Requests link in the main menu.
If you click on the specific request, its detail will be displayed in the lower part of the browser window.

The requests are displayed in the table which can be customized (both in console and WebApp).
