Approval step

The window serves to select the approvers who should approve the request.

Options:

  • The request will be approved by – select the person authorized to approve the request in the selected step.
    • Automatically approved by the requester – if you enable this option, the step will be approved automatically if the current requester is also the approver. The option is only active for the group and custom steps.
    • This approval step will expire in (hours) – the period after which the validity of the approval step will expire.
  • Custom form (URL) – specify a path to a custom form for approval/rejection of the request if you want to use it.
