SLA

On this tab the service users are defined by assigning some SLA.
Users who have none SLA assigned here can not use the service in any way (nor request it).
The table shows a list of users or user groups and the SLA assigned to them.

Note:
You define a requester on the given service by assigning SLA to him.

Options:

  • Add – adding SLA on the given service.
  • Remove – deleting selected SLA from the list.
  • Edit – editing the selected SLA.
  • Overwrite – overwrites the settings of all SLAs according to another service.
