Administrator tools

The menu contains commands for computer administrators. This page describes only the default tools accessible in the console after installation. Using the Command management, the Asset Management administrator can create additional commands and specify a place in the context menu which they will be accessible from.

Options:

  • NetMeeting client – connecting to the selected computer using the NetMeeting program.
  • Remote desktop connection – connect to the selected computer via remote desktop.
  • VNC client – connecting to the selected computer using the Virtual Network Computing.
  • Internet Explorer – open the root address of the selected server (in the Internet Explorer browser). If the selected computer is not a server, the given address behaves as unavailable.
  • Computer management – manage the computer using the Microsoft Management Console.
  • Commands management – edit or create new administrator tools.
