External handover protocol

Here you can enter the information about the external handover protocol.

Options:

  • Document number – enter the document number. If the name of existing numeric sequence for handover protocols is stated in the print report definition, the number is generated automatically based in this numeric sequence (SEQUENCE).
  • Transfer date – enter the transfer date.
  • Issue date – enter the document issue date.
  • Text – provide any accompanying text to the document eventually.
  • Company handing over – fill in the information on the company handing over.
  • Recipient – fill in the information on the receiving company.
