Unread EventsThe requests with unread communication are displayed in bold in the request list. Individual unread events are displayed in bold with blue label on the left edge in the request log. You can control the event reading in the request detail on the Communication and Log tabs by the following method:
- All the request events are read automatically by viewing one of the listed tabs for at least 5 sec.
Note: However, the events stay highlighted as unread on the display until you refresh the view.
- You can mark the unread event as read by clicking on a blue label on the event left edge. The event will be displayed as read immediately.
Note: Automatic reading of all the request events is stopped by marking the event as read or unread.
- You can mark the read event as unread by clicking to the location where the blue label is displayed for unread events. The event will be displayed as unread immediately and will be displayed as unread also when viewing the request log next time.
Note: If you want the event not to be read automatically, mark it first as read and then as unread. It will be displayed as unread when viewing the request log next time.
Note: You can use the "Mark as read" command from the context menu in the request list. This command marks all the events in the selected requests as read.
