Viewing Requests in Service Desk Console

  1. In the AM Console, go to the Objects Tree and select an object.
  2. Go to the Log tab or to the log and on the Properties and Objects tabs select a record which contains the "Request" value in the Record kind column.
  3. Select View in Service Desk in the context menu.
    Note:

    The New request command is not displayed unless the SD Console installation is registered in Windows Registry or the path to SD Console is set up manually.
  4. The SD Console will display all requests linked to the same object as the request for which the command View in Service Desk has been used. This request is already selected in the open window.
